The "Ringing Tower" was a proposal for a soon to be demolished high rise building in Liverpool, UK. Former residents of the tower could call the
building. Since noone was living there anymore an answering machine would pick up. The phone ringing of the call would be synchronized with
flashing of the lights in the entire building. Whatever they said would be broadcasted via a loudspeaker on the roof. (roll over image)
