On Aug. 22nd and Aug.23, 2006 we invited three applicants for interviews at the AIG offices in NYC.
Several groups of interviewers asked the applicants questions like:
What do you know about IAM?
What do you think you are supposed to do at IAM?
What attracted you most to apply?
What is your most outstanding qualification?
How would you define an airport?
What is your favorite airport movie?
(Interviewers were:

Kaity (AIG NYC),
Franziska Lamprecht (IAM Ambassador),
Hajoe Moderegger (IAM Ambassador),
Mara Ittel-Moderegger (Passport Photography), Nevada Red (silent Montello Crew Member), Computer Ed (silent Montello Crew Member)
Statement of the Interviewers:
Each candidate had exceptional qualities and outstanding qualifications, which all would support the operations at IAM in a special way.
The interviews were informative, entertaining and a good way to find out, what other people imagine International Airport Montello to be.
We, the interviewers, would have whole- heartily hired all applicants, but limited funding prohibits us in doing so.
We therefore went through the difficult process to choose only one, and here is our decision:

We are currently working on creating IAM positions for Jun, Will and Catherine, which do not require an immediate physical appearances at the IAM facilities in Nevada.
We hope you have time to submit suggestions for IAM Remote Positions.
