Jesus said … “I am the light of the world who so ever follows me shall not walk in darkness but have the light of life“… John 8:12

I have stepped up to the challenge. I now stand as the self appointed Chaplain for the International Airport Montello.

As you must, by now, realize someone had to step up… Now there is someone. Someone is in a position … or … is positioning… The word “positioning” as applied to Chaplain activity is to organize what would otherwise simply be chaos if left alone… You see… A preacher will preach. A minister will minister after his flock and tend to their needs etc…. A Chaplain?… What does a Chaplain do? A Chaplain works directly to a situation as that situation manifests itself in the presence of said Chaplain. This manifestation simply is the realization of a need that must be addressed. The situation pending a solution is addressed with the thought, “What would Jesus do?” With Jesus in the equation the continued momentum will result in a positive solution. Example…The need, at the airport, for the realization of the thought of a Divine presense became evident. A location is needed for one to step out of the hustle… Step out and step into… A Pause and Pray… A Chapel… A location for one to establish a focus or remain in and strenghten an already established focus. Purpose and direction in one's life are important.

A Chapel is needed… I self appointed to the position of Chaplain to establish a Chapel. In the creation of what is the job description of a Chaplain assigned to the International Airport Montello, included in that description is the design to serve God by serving my fellow man. You see, the first question that God asked man in the Holy Bible. Genius 4:9 … “And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?” We all know the answer to the question is yes… Yes!… Yes I am my brother's keeper. Help me out here… Am I correct in saying we all know that?… We must realize that if the answer to “Am I my brothers keeper?” is no…Well, that would be it… There would not be any real purpose for the human race existing… No reason for our existance… None what so ever.

I acted!…I acted in the offical capacity of Chaplain. I proclaimed and continue to proclaim in the name of Thee Christ, the position of Presiding Chaplain for a 21st Century reality, a virtural moment of experience. The International Airport Montello, a web-site… Why?… The multi media art project created by the e-team is good. And! … It will surely fit the description of what is heavenly if I have any say so as to its direction. As the presiding Chaplain I do have a say so… So … On with the show.

Greetings:

A life of service in the spiritual world greatly differs from the secular workplace in-so-far-as what are positions and/or jobs. The airport chapel is not owned or controlled by the airport administration. It is true that in some airport locations the structure that houses the chapel may be part of the airport terminal and the structure is under airport ownership. A properly organized House of God is owned and controlled by the Divine… Thy will be done…

To establish a chapel in or for an international airport one must be of an open mind. Again Jesus;… “In my Father’s house are many mansions if it were not so I would have told you.”… There is no God, but God… However!… There may be several interpertations of just who, what and how this God is realized or honored. In fact, in the diverse world that we live in this is so…Diversity!… International Airport… Diversity!… We, human beings, would not expect it or have it any other way.

My first and formost priority will actually be to seek out and encourage Chaplain applicants from all denominations to use the International Airport Montello Chapel as they see fit to do with respect to their congregation.

I will encourage usage of the chapel by all travelers regardless of race, sex and creed… You Know… Step out of the hustle and step into a… Pause and Pray… Step into the Chapel… A quick prayer… A moment with God … A Pause and Pray.

In addition to serving as Chaplain to the newly formed International Airport Montello, I serve as Chaplain for the Chapel of the Mid-Night, the Chapel Food Bank and also serve as Fire Chaplain for the Tecoma Township Volunteer Fire Department based here in Montello. When I am traveling then I experience the postion of Chaplain At Large…

On Palm Sunday the beginning of Holy Week Jesus entered the city of Jerusalem riding on a donkey. The many people were waving palm tree branches and some even took off their coats and laid them on the road before the arriving Christ.

The people shouted, ” Hosanna to the Son of David!… Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!…Hosanna in the Highest!“

We all know God the Father Almighty … Thee Creator… The creator of everything that ever was, that is, and that will ever be… Well… This creation?…This creation stemming from the Will of God?… We're in it!…In fact… This creation includes us as having dominion “over the fish of the sea, over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” God created us, male and female, Yes, we know… And!… We even know He created us in his own image.

In His own image… Interesting!… What is the the image of God the Father Almighty?… Thee Creator?… To begin with, let us realize that God is beyond what our imagination can imagine it can imagine… And!… Then beyond that… It is also said that there could never be a picture type image of God the Father. It would be impossible!…

God created us in His own image… And!… So it is… God created us to be co-creators… The image of God the Father is as six parts of Thee Divine Free Will in creative motion of intelligent design…one part rest… God created everything during the first six days and on the seventh day He rested… Motion and Rest…

Divine Free Will in creative motion… “Let there be light.”… And!… There was light…God saw the light and it was good…God created every living thing and creature that moveth… God saw that it was good. God Blessed them saying “Be fruitful and multiply.”

I now call upon you God… Thee Father… Thee Creator… I ask in the name of Jesus, the Son of Mary, the one known here on earth as Thee Christ… I ask for your blessing… A blessing in true 21st Century reality. I ask that you bless a cyber-space experience… Bless the International Airport Montello… Bless those who are creating the site, the very ones created by You in your own image, your fellow co-creators… Bless the efforts of the many… Bless their self expressions…And!… Bless those whom may view and experience the International Airport Montello

On Friday evening the dead body of Jesus was taken down from the cross and buried in a new sepulchre hewn out of rock, near mount Calvary, just outside the city of Jerusalem.

The Resurrection Day of Jesus. Easter Sunday is celebrated on the third day after Good Friday.

It was early Sunday morning, before dawn, the tomb was found empty. A big stone had been placed blocking the entrance and sealed shut. Guards had been posted there day and night by the authorities. However!… The tomb was found empty.

The Resurrection of Jesus is where Faith and historical truth meet. For an event to be considered historical it requires two necessary co-ordinates to make it so and they are space and time. The Resurrection took place in space, near mount Calvary, and the time being approximately the year 33 AD.

Jesus showed himself over a 40 day period to the Apostles several times (seven apparitions are recorded in the four gospels of the bible) to confirm the Faith of the believers. The apparitions are also historical with their qualification of taking place in space and time. Jesus showed Himself to be truly alive and His body to be His real body the same body that had been nailed to the cross. Still… He was not continuously present to the disciples. The fact that He could and would, at will, suddenly appear and disappear indicated that Jesus was now in a new condition. A condition that transcended space and time… Jesus had gone beyond history.

Jesus is truly the Son of God… Thee Christ… The twofold nature of Faith and historical event makes the Faith in the Resurrection and the victory over death a true Faith. A true Faith in contrast with faith in myths and legends which cannot be called true faith for lack of historical truth.

Jesus showed that He is… Thee Truth… Thee Resurrection… Jesus and the Resurrection are the truth behind the pledge of eternal life promised to those who would believe in Him.

be kind anyway.

I just have to tell you a little story that this mom and I will never forget. A Mothers Day story…

On this particular Mothers Day sermon with a rapturous look on my upturned face. I have my arms extended toward heaven. I begin, “Without you, we are but dust.” I would have continued but at that moment this mother's very obedient son (who was listening) leaned over to her and asked quite audibly in his shrill little boy voice, “Mommy, what is butt dust?”

What happened to the new/old chapel? Any updates, progress reports on the development or expansion plans?
The chapels at JFK are busy and will soon be offering online information for Muslims as well. What wasn't listed was Buddhism. — hajoe 2006/07/08

Jesus and Las Vegas a.k.a. Sin City?… You may ask… What is the connection? The Sin City image is only “hype”. I'm sure you've heard the promotional jingle “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.” Warren Jeffs a FBI fugitive on the 10 most wanted list was recently captured in Las Vegas. His capture made national and international news. Even his very person was extradited to the State of Utah to face charges. Warren Jeffs is a polygamist having 40 wifes and somewhere around 250 children… In reality nothing stays in Vegas except any monies that one may decide to wager or spend in other ways for adult entertainment.

Las Vegas and rural Nevada are populated by people who mostly believe in God. … God… Belief in God each in their own way. It is love, the lack of judgement and the mutual respect of the population one to another permitting the laws governing that makes Nevada a great state in which to live.

Our great State of Nevada is also known as the Silver State. Silver State because of the vast silver deposits. However!… Nevada is the number one gold producing state of the fifty states making up the United States of America. The largest industry in the state is mining followed by tourism.

God the Father Almighty Creator of everything that ever was, that is and that will ever be… please continue to bless all the people living in and visiting our Nevada. And!… Please bless the resources that provide an employment and opportunity income for all involved… I ask in the name of Thee Christ… I ask in the name of Jesus.

THE LAYOVER

The effects were superb!… We had it all!… Hurricane force winds… A sand storm… Rain… Rapid temperture drop… Thank you God the Father Almighty Thee Creator… You made it all happen… Happen right on cue!… No one got wet!… No one was blown over!… No one froze to death… And!… Still you made sure that everyone did feel your effects… You are Thee Weather Effects Master… I thank you God the Father Almighty… I thank you in the name of Thee Christ… Jesus.

The sun rose this Monday morning. The first Monday following The IAM Layover. Everyone involved in the IAM Layover experience has safely returned back or has arrived to their respective locations. The destinations involved range from Mannheim Germany - New York City - Pittsburg - Salt Lake City - San Francisco - Reno, Las Vegas and Montello Nevada.

Question… Did Slim, a ranch hand buckaroo, really ride his horse up to the bar inside the Cowboy Saloon and order a cold Budweiser?… And!… Then take that cold bottle of Bud and ride out the front door?… Come on now… Did that really happen?

Thank you God the Father Almighty for the opportunity to meet and break bread with all the stranded passengers, ground crew members, the shuttle bus driver, the two ambassadors, the airline stewardess, the roving bingo caller, the passport photographer, the entire film crew, Art in General, the e-team, the townspeople of Montello and everyone else involved. Thank you for allowing the experience to be one … one we will all remember.

We still don't know what actually happened and what caused the delays, but we know that at least one passenger was from Memphis on its way to Las Vegas, via IAM, but able to leave after a 8hr delay here you see him with a passenger from Princeton, NJ. hajoe 2006/09/18

God created man in His own image… The image of God is that of… Thee Creator… God created man as a co-creator… Yes!… A co-creator having six days of motion with one day of rest… Motion and Rest…

Let me just say it this way… God speaks to one the way He does as an understanding in the soul. He says “I AM everything that ever was, that is and that will ever be. I AM that I AM even your conciousness is me.

One could say… Even if You were not real, God.. One could invent or create You just the same. For example… The thought of You into my own image… I think… I AM… I Proclaim… The Almightly from whom the universes are created… In whom they exist… And!… For whom they are made… Glory to You… God In The Highest!…

The essence of self realization is knowing all knowledge is coming from You, going to You and is in You as You the Divine within all things that are visible and invisible. You, the Divine, within all things that are known and unknown.

Glory to God the Father Almighty… Thee Creator.

Glory to Thee Christ Jesus … Thee Savior… Thee Redeemer.

Glory to Thee Holy Spirit within us … Thee Thought… Thee Word… Thee Deed.

All Glory is Thee Holy Trinity … One … One Almighty God in Highest.
