After gathering intelligence about the history of aviation
(pictures 1-9), 20 passengers and one pilot attempted to take off from Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn (pictures 9-11), , on October 7, 2006.
When passengers took their seats and looked out of the windows, air travel felt grounded and secure again. Soon after it turned out, that only the tail of the plane wanted to fly to International Airport Montello. Everybody else wanted to go to “Florida!”, “Mexico”, “Paris”, etc. Due to the inconsistency of travel destinations the pilot decided to abandon the flight attempt, advised passengers to disassemble the plane, return to the hangar and employ other means of transportation.

This event is part of an investigation to find out, if there is an unique connection between NYC and IAM.
